**Registration Forms**

Registration Guidelines:

Terms and conditions for registration, payment and cancellation:

• Payment must be received 4 weeks after registration is submitted!
• Payment in full is required before the student is officially confirmed for the camp.
• No verbal reservations or registrations will be allowed so please return the completed form in order to officially register.
• Due to the limited number of single rooms on the school grounds, only registered students will be issued on-site accommodations.
• Refunds will be provided in the event of a cancellation before the deadline, minus a 100€ administration fee.
• After deadline date, no refunds will be issued but you may delay your registration and payment over to the following year.
